What is a cricket Fantasies stock market?
Our cricket Fantasies Stock Market is a place to buy and sell shares of your favorite players much like you buy shares of companies on the financial markets - except this time you are going to have fun doing it. You can either try Stock Market for free by opening Trial Account or you can pay a small subscription to open Pro-Account.

What are Challenge Fantasy Dollars (CF$)?
Challenge Fantasy Dollar (CF$) is virtual money that make up the currency you trade in on the cricket Fantasies market. Pro-Account subscription gives every trader CF$500.00 to start trading with. One can also sign up for Free Account and start with CF$400.00. However, only Pro Account can then use their Challenge Fantasy Dollars (CF$) to cash out for Rewards or Cool Prizes. How much does it cost to play?
You can setup a Trial Account for free or setup Pro-Account for a small subscription fee. For more on this, Types of Memberships

How are market prices set and how do they change?
ChallengeExchange.com sets the price when a player first "IPOs" on the market. Then thousands of people trading create buy/sell pressure to drive your player's stocks up or down. In addition performance of a player in real life matches also affects his stock price. Stock Market is open 20 hours a day, 7 days a week for trading covering Most of Asia, Europe and North America.

How many unique stocks can I buy?
Pro-Accounts can buy 200 unique stocks at one time and Trial Accounts can buy 20 unique stocks.

What is an IPO?
An IPO is an Initial Public Offering -- the first shares made available for sale on the market. IPO's are the way all players are originally added to stock market. IPO's are priced by our professional team that deals with financial impact of risk and uncertainty. Apply for IPO listing before launch and get IPO stocks before they hit the market.

Can I sell my players at any time?
Yes. Under normal market conditions, you can sell any player at any time. There are no add/drop/trade deadlines like traditional fantasy sports.

How do I pick the right players to buy?
Figuring out who to buy and sell, and when, is the beauty of playing the market. Look at the trends of how Player Stocks vary. If you think you can predict that a player is likely to play good in his upcoming matches, he is a good stock to buy. If a player is unlikely to perform well or is unlikely to play in tournaments, you should sell his stock. In addition you get to see detailed information on hourly, daily, monthly, 6 months, Year and Life of the stock charts.

What is CFC Index?
CFC index comprises of all stocks that are traded in cricket Fantasies Stock Market.

How is Stock Market and Challenge connected?
Challenges can only be played by submitting a team that comprises of unique stocks that are held in users portfolio. So, only way to add Player A to your team is if you also own a Stock of Player A.

Is this Stock Market Legal?
Yes, all Fantasy Sports are specifically excluded from the UIGEA of 2006. The relevant wording is "All winning outcomes reflect the relative knowledge and skill of the participants and are determined predominantly by accumulated statistical results of the performance of individuals (athletes in the case of sports events) in multiple real-world sporting or other events."

Is there a transaction Fee?
All Pro-Account holders pay a flat 1% fee for all buys, profits on sells in the stock market. All Trial-Accounts pay transaction fees that can range 2-5%. Challenge Tournament transaction fees will depend on the challenge tournament and will be announced with the challenge tournament

Does cricket Fantasy stock market expire?
Yes, At this point stock market will expire end of the year 2011. You will be able to cash your CF$ through our reward program. It is possible that in future we will have a never ending stock market.

What is Current Market Value of a stock?
Current Market Value helps you in determination of buy or sell value of a player.

What is BID?
The current best Buy Offer in the market is called the Bid. This means someone is ready to buy players for that BID price. If you sell a stock at that price, it will be instantly sold.

What is ASK?
The current best Sell Offer in the market is called the ASK. This means someone is ready to sell players for that ASK price. If you buy a stock at that price, it will be instantly bought.

What happens when my offer for sell or buy offer doesn't match the current value of BID/ASK?
If your sell offer doesn't match the existing BID offer, then your request will stay in our system until we find a matching BID for you. Similarly, if your buy offer doesn't match the existing SELL offer, then your request will stay in our system until we find a matching ASK for you.

Why are all the trade "limit trades"?
A "limit trade" has a specific price identified and attached to it. For example, if you wanted to buy 10 shares of Brian Lara at CF$30.00, that is a limit trade. If you wanted to buy 10 shares of Brian Lara at any price, that is a market trade. Currently we don't allow any market trades in order to protect our customers from any sort of trading schemes by other customers. You control the exact price you are willing to pay.

When are trades executed?
Trades are executed as soon as a buy transaction matches the price of a sell transaction and market is open. Otherwise a trade goes in a queue and stays in queue until a market is created for it by finding a matching buy or sell request or if it is cancelled by user or if it expires.

What if I have a problem with one of my transactions?
Please contact us immediately support@challengeexchange.com. Be as specific as possible, it will help us to track through logs and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I buy more CF$ at any time?
Yes, you can add more CF$ to plan your portfolio better or to buy stocks that your current portfolio cannot afford. Current conversion rate when you fund your account: US$1.00=CF$60.00, US$5.00=CF$350.00, US$10.00=CF$800.00, US$20.00=CF$1,800.00. We currently have a monthly limit of US$150 to buy more CF$.

Can I change my Trial-Account to Pro-Account?
Yes, Trial-Accounts can always change their account to Pro-Account. All Trial-Accounts have a link at the top (whey they are logged in), which tells Trial-Account users in real time the Fee required to change their account to Pro-Account. Trial-Accounts can use all features of the website except cashing their CF$ through rewards.

What if I am unhappy with your services. What is your Refund Policy?
After you sign up for a PRO Account, you may request a full refund of the purchase price for the PRO Account as long as you have not made any transactions in the stock market after the upgrade to your PRO Account and if your portfolio value is exactly the same as immediately upon upgrade to the PRO Account. Once you make any transactions after upgrading to a PRO Account, all sales are final. Honoring refund requests will be subject to the sole discretion of ChallengeExchange.
